Wolf inside City limits


(Kitchener, Ontario, Canada)

On June 4.2012 at about 1:45 in the morning I had stepped out to check on my vehicles to ensure they were locked for the evening.

I then noticed a large Grey Wolf eating out of my neighbour's garbage. I watched for a couple of minutes, then chased it away, by yelling at it.

Once back inside my house I had a thought that this was a stupid idea, what would have happened if it didn't decide to run the other way and towards me instead.

I will consider this if I should ever see one in my neighbour hood again.

I live just off Snyder's Road & Trussler Road in Kitchener, Ontario.

I wonder if this could be one of the large Coyote-Wolf hybrids that people are reporting seeing?

My neighbour told me that he saw Wolves around my garage this week. I live just outside of Manheim near Trussler Road.

Hmmm.... I wonder if those were Coyotes?

I too live in Kitchener by Trussler and Bleams and thought to have seen a Wolf or Coyote!!

Sighting of what appeared to be a Wolf outside at approx. 5:00 a.m. It appeared scared of us, and just ran off.
