The Sunnybrook Cottage Bed and Breakfast is located in the quiet hamlet of Clachan, just minutes from Bothwell, Wardsville and Newbury, in the counties of Chatham-Kent and West Elgin.
Glencoe is 20 minutes away, and London and Chatham are within an easy 30 minute drive.

The accommodation consists of a Queen size bed, with fridge, TV and private access, an outdoor seating area and private bathroom with shower and is just 7 minutes off highway 401.
Currently, the Sunnybrook Cottage Bed and Breakfast has one bedroom and is suitable for a couple.
In the near future we will be adding a second bedroom so that the accommodation will be available as a 2-bedroom suite and will be suitable for families.

We have had guests who have been attending nearby weddings, job interviews, the annual Boot Hill Jamboree and the nearby yearly Bothwell Car show.

If you would like to enjoy your breakfast outside, you may do so on the shady front porch or on the deck overlooking the lake at the back of the property. There are often Canada Geese with their young, Bald Eagles and the occasional Osprey.
In the evenings it is peaceful to watch the Tree Swallows chasing their prey as they perform their graceful display!
In Spring we occasionally get Tundra Swans resting at the lake as they rest on their spring migration to the Arctic Circle to breed.
Unfortunately, there is no fishing, swimming or boating allowed on the lake.
