My father and I were in his garage in Tillsonburg, Ontario, around 1:00 pm Sunday May 1st 2022 when we first caught sight of these beautiful birds.
Ten of them flew into the neighbour's tree. They were eating away when they noticed my parents holly berry bushes and descended upon them eating every last one before flying off.
A neighbor said they were female cardinals but if you know Tillsonburg you know there are many different birds here, but we have never seen these before and so I looked it up and found this site which clearly shows us they were the most beautiful Cedar Waxwing bird.
Thank now, we can let the other neighbours know so they can look them up and pass the word through Tillsonburg.
