Two beautiful Coyotes in Shorthills Provincial Park

I saw two of them together in an open area while walking on trail #1 with my golden retriever on February 7/13.


Shorthills borders St. Catharines and Pelham, Ontario.

They were looking at me and my dog but they didn't appear to be afraid. More inquisitive than anything as they watched us pass by from a distance of about 100 yards.

My dog saw them and wanted to chase them but that wasn't happening lol!

They were truly beautiful animals and looked very healthy.
