Turkey Vulture feeding on a rabbit

I had gone to pick up my daughter from her school and we both sighted this Turkey Vulture feeding on what looked like a rabbit carcass.

The sighting was in the meadow to the left of the school building (see school picture).

The time was 11:58 am

Location was the Rotherglen School, Meadowvale Elementary Campus, at 929 Old Derry Road, Mississauga.
