Spotted in Streetsville (Mississauga) - Ontario

Yesterday morning (August 16, 2011) I was driving into work close to 9:00 a.m. when I decided to take a shortcut through a residential area in downtown Streetsville.

To my surprise I spotted something that looked like a Fox, but with less fur and it was thin and brown with a long tail.

The creature was walking slowly up someone's driveway as it quickly sniffed the garbage they put out on the curb. It turned to look at the drivers and continued up the driveway.

I must say I'm glad I was in the safety of my car. Looking at photos I now see it was a young Coyote.
