Red Tailed Hawk?

My son saw this bird perched up in a back yard tree this morning.

Date/Time: Monday January 30th at 8:15 am.

Location: We are in the west end of Mississauga about 2 kilometres north of the Q. E. W.

He/She was there for a good 20 minutes looking around for something to eat.

I believe it was a Red Tailed Hawk.
