Possum in Barrie

(Barrie, Ontario, Canada)

Observed a tail-less Raccoon climbing over the back fence yesterday and set the live trap last night.

Woke this morning to find an adult Possum calmly sitting in the trap observing the world around him/her.

Wonder if the SPCA will take it (raccoons I take further north to bush country)?

Caught a juvenile about eight years ago -- didn't know what it was at the time.

We live near an industrial / commercial area with lots of new construction going on so this little fella is probably a hitch-hiker.
