Is this a Broad Winged Hawk?

Is this a Broad Winged Hawk?

I saw this raptor perched high up in a tree in the Maple Hills neighbourhood of Waterloo.

Sighting was around 9 am.

I believe it's a broad-winged hawk, but please correct me if I'm wrong!

You are 100% correct, it is a Broad-Winged Hawk.
