Pack of Coyotes during the lunar eclipse on the winter solstice!

It's about 1:45am on the morning of December 21, 2010, in the rural-residential area about a kilometer from the airport between Brantford and Burford, Ontario.
I just went to look out of the window to see if the sky was clear enough to see the lunar eclipse that's happening tonight during the winter solstice, but it's still too cloudy out.
While looking, though, I spotted a pack or family of Coyotes (there were between three and five of them) coming toward the house from across the lawn.
They walked around the side of the house and then went off into the bushes and forest behind our house.
The light was poor, so I couldn't see any coloration or details at all, and at first I thought they might be wolves (they still might have been!), but from the size and profile that I did see, I'd guess them to be Coyotes.
They didn't make any noise, and the whole encounter was less than a minute.
