Possum in the leaves

I found a possum digging about in the leaves in my back yard. When he saw me he stood very still for a few minutes then carried on his way. I hope to see him again soon. He was not causing issues and I think they are fascinating creatures and are not a nuisance like the raccoons that also hang about. The weather here is very cold this week -20c. I hope he has somewhere warm to hang out on days like this. I've been told they can get quite severe frost bite on their ears nose and feet.
