I was sitting on my porch with the neighbor and he saw the majestic Eagle fly to the top of the huge white pine tree here in Grimsby, Ontario, near the lake
All my neighbours came out to see this beautiful creature eating his prey ... he was there for about 8 minutes then dropped his prey and flew away towards Lake Ontario.
My neighbor ran to see what he had dropped and it was a duck ... he only ate half of it.
I have Native American in me so it was truly an honor to witness such a magnificent creature especially in this area.
This is the second time I've seen them - about a year ago I saw two Bald Eagles flying over the service road near the QEW between Beamsville and Grimsby.
I couldn't believe my eyes at first....amazing, truly amazing!
Thank you!
