My First Live Meeting of a Possum

At approximately 8:45 pm. on April 1, 2013 I stepped out on my front porch to see a grey animal in my driveway.

It had a long snout and a rat-like tail. It matched the pictures of Possums on this site.

The animal quietly proceeded down my driveway and disappeared into the dark of the back yard.

I do not ever remember seeing a live one before and have been at my current address for well over 30 years.

I do live on the east side of Windsor, Ontario, well within the city limits.
