Just Minutes Ago!

I live in a high rise apartment that overlooks Woodland Cemetery. A few minutes ago I went to my window to enjoy the sunshine & there was an Eagle soaring on the wind currents over the cemetery! A truly beautiful sight!

To date I have seen an Eagle at a riverfront park in Amherstburg, Ontario, in August 2011, one flying over the 401 at Shantz Hill in Cambridge, one flying over Wonderland Road, from the cemetery to Springbank Park & now today January 9th, 2013 soaring over the cemetery.

I hope they decide to nest near by - that would be such a treat!

I too have seen Bald Eagles several times at the Guy Lombardo Bridge on Wonderland Road, London, they are magnificent!
