I will never forget this, feeling blessed!

The most amazing thing happened last night.
I got up around 12:40 and as I was walking past my side bedroom windows, the newly installed sensor light came on and lit up the side of our lawn that reaches up to the escarpment.
I looked out right away and saw two large figures running up the lawn heading for the escarpment and at first I thought they were deer, as we often have them, but then no, they both stopped and looked at the light that shone on them.
One bounded forward and did the big leap up the rocks in order to escape into the forest and the other paused and looked toward me, she was slightly smaller than the leader, both looked to be at least 100 lbs, gorgeous, healthy full tails, fluffy heads, short noses and rounded ears.
Breathtaking to say the least and positively not Coyotes, way too big and head and ears not like Coyotes.
Of course, I couldn't go back to sleep and checked into it and there have been several sightings over the past few years of Grey Wolves spotted as far down as our area on the Bruce Trail and Niagara Escarpment.
I have been blessed.
