Hawkesbury is great for people who don't like much traffic and cities with too many people.

With a population of 10,550 - 11,000, Hawkesbury is the perfect town.

They actually do have a lot of restaurants and stores, and the economy is good. I've been living here since I was born and never had a problem.

And plus, it's an hour away from Ottawa and Montreal, so we're between those 2 cities.

Oh and it's mostly French although pretty much everyone is bilingual, so it is about 80% French and 20% English.

I just know the town is mostly French but there are some English people here also and almost everywhere it's bilingual.
