Harmless Pickering Possum

Around 11:00 am today, I was shocked to see one, I think it is a Possum, right inside recycle bin at my door outside here in Pickering!!!

I am not sure if it is stuck. It is still alive, sleeping and breathing.

A few minutes later, I went back to take other pictures.

It saw me taking pictures but it went back to sleep.

I couldn't help hoping it is alright especially it is hot outside.

I hope it will go away peacefully and safely.

Thank you for sending these pictures of the Possum to us, I suspect he was "playing possum" and chances are he would leave later.
