Coyote seen in Sarnia

Two co-workers saw a huge Coyote in front of Landmark Village, at 4:00 am on June 3, 2010. This building has 4 floors, it has 123 rooms and is a Retirement Community.


I live on the other side of the Howard Watson Trail. There have been other stories in the paper.

This one didn't seem to be scared at all ..... and my son, who is 15, rides his bike down that trail, along with a lot of other high school children.

I pray that these animals will keep their distance and sleep during the day ..... this is a big concern to me.

They are only going to multiply and then food will be harder for them to find, I pray our children will be safe, especially during the winter months, when the kids walk that trail.

Tom Hodgson Court, Heritage Park. Modeland Road at Confederation. A huge, muscular Coyote was on my deck at 11:00 pm tonight looking through the sliding glass doors at my cat. Had a lot of dark blackish fur as well as the brown. Was huge! Mean looking!
