Cambridge Opossum

Last night I heard a noise coming from the porch and I found this guy in the recycling bin searching for food (I'd left some empty tins of cat food).

When I realized it was still there in the morning I called animal services. It was alive but might have been sick or stuck in a can.

I was told to tip the bin over and if it can crawl away then there'd be no problem.

I did carry the bin near trees in my backyard, now it is still in my backyard under the tree branches, hiding for its safety, it seems ok.
