Bird of Prey in North Oshawa!

A friend and I were driving east on Conlin Road just past Harmony Road in Oshawa, Ontario, and a massive dark bird flew out from the left side of the road.

It had a red face, but I'm positive it wasn't a Turkey Vulture.

It flew out near my car and then swooped back towards the trees.

Definitely made us jump!

Hmm, I'm not sure what kind of bird that might have been, but perhaps one of our readers will know.
