It was about 4.00 am this morning, May 21st 2011. It was a solitary animal, walking down the side of the house, which is in Lakefield, Ontario.

I first saw it coming out of woods at the back of the garden, from the bedroom window and as it continued down the side of the house, I was able to see it again from the bathroom window.

It's movements seemed "jerky", but it was also lifting its head and sniffing.

It continued doing this as it walked down the side of the house and onto the road that runs in front of the property, when I lost sight of it.
