My wife, granddaughter and I had a sick fox living at the bottom our property in Napanee, the poor thing was suffering from mange.
Due to the illness it was on deaths door, unable to hunt it was starving to death.
We obtained medicine from Sue Meach and have been feeding the animal for approximately a month now.
To make sure that the fox was getting the medication we set up a trail camera and to our surprise were getting lots of critters, including a Skunk, a male and female Raccoon with their 3 babies, two neighbourhood cats, a strange dog that we have never seen before and to our complete surprise a few nights ago a Possum. It only showed up for the one night.
Thank you for sending us your report - several years ago we had a fox die in our garage of mange - he must have crawled in there to die. It was such a terrible sight and we couldn't even tell that it was a fox.
Bless you for helping the poor creature.
