Adult male Snowy Owl

I was driving from Grand Bend, Ontario to Windsor and turned onto either Bothwell or Tower Road (can't remember which road) and noticed the Snowy Owl perched atop a hydro pole from my peripheral vision.

This was my very fist owl sighting ever! I was super excited and grateful my car in reverse didn't spook him away.

He was so majestic looking around for prey and he let me walk as close as I could to the pole. He didn't leave.

Super cool experience!
